Starting this website and fully dedicating myself to a better future, I am reminded of a quote from a profound Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish
“We are captives of what we love, what we desire, and what we are”
We as human beings are bound by our passions, desires, and identities. we are encaged by our attachments and our inherent emotional nature which determine our actions, choices, internal struggles, and ultimately our destiny.
I am very excited to see how my drive and desire to make a change in my community will shape my future.
